Is your Carter AFB leaking at the throttle shafts?
If so, check the fuel bowl height. It may be too high, this will allow fuel to drip down on the throttle plates and then run down the shafts where it is then seen leaking on the intake manifold.
Check the float valves, if any debris exists between the valve and its seat it can cause a leak. This is typically seen after the engine is shut off. Also, put your fuel filter close to the carb to help prevent this problem.
